I love the internet!

Oh how I love the internet. The older I get, the more timid I am about trying to do things I have never done before. I am capable of reading instructions and following them, however, I much prefer visual learning. My mission today will be to remove the bones and skin from split chicken breast which are on sale for $1 per pound. I found many instructional videos on you tube and I am ready to go. I have to say it was not nearly as bad as I had envisioned. I feel very accomplished this was a task I have been considering for some time but never put forth the effort. My friend says her mother always does her chicken this way and she even removes the tendons with pliers. Maybe that will be my next feat......maybe
